Okay, confession time: I’m a terrible meditator. Which is not “good” for a spiritualist like myself. There’s just so much to do, so little time. Pandemic. Children. Stuff. And, yet, we need to find stillness and silence to hear ourselves think, to heed our inner voice. The trick for me lately has been this: finding moments of zen. Simple, doable.

I think mere moments, when sprinkled throughout the day, will carry us through! So here’s a moment from me to you.
