Jessie will discuss the many ways to create stillness (it’s not just meditation!) and to use the very life you’re living as your guide for mindfulness. She outlines how the most mundane parts of our day can be turned into exercises in presence, and how we can then bring that presence into stressful situations to create ease and flow with ourselves and our relationships.
